Of all the amazing stores I had the chance to shop at while in New York, I would have to say that browsing through the aisles in the Tinsel Trading Co. was my all-time favorite. Too bad I was not able to get a shot of the store from the outside. I was there later in the day and the street was already in shadow from the buildings across the street. But no matter. Inside, it was a crafters dream full of vintage flowers, buttons, ribbons, german glitter, trims and so much more. But I think I am more of a collector, because I have no intentions of using any of the bits and bobs that I brought home. I guess this is verging on hoarding now. Oh well, that’s me!

I don't blame you. I felt in love with the store and had the chance to teach there.
Have you ever been?

Thanks for reading!
I was at the Tinsel Trading Co. store in NYC this past May….
What kind of classes did you teach there? Must have been very crafty!
